Woke up today and Ma found oats for me.

120 - Greek yogurt
...but then Ma left for church and I got munchie...
200 - cereal & milk
Gotta get motivated and go run/walk while she's gone.
5.3 mile run/walk...ran more than I walked and felt really good!

200 - FML I decided to eat the rest of the can of beans :(
