Woke up SO sore from biking... wow. My butt hurts. Decided it's a hiking day.

2 Tortillas
2 tsp PB
Beef Jerky (120 calories)
1 pear
-
Chorizo scramble @ Jail House Cafe in Moab

Hiking in Arches NP (nothing too strenuous, but lots of fun)
-
Raisins & Almonds
1 bag kettle chips (personal size) ~ yeah, Super naughty day... ugg.
1 spicy v8
-
10 chicken nuggets
3oz mushroom spaghetti sauce
-
McFlurry w/All Bran cereal (super high fiber) and fiber powder

Overall a really bad day with food... I over did it. Back to the grind this week...new beginnings and fresh starts. I'm pumped. I had a great weekend.
