1 garlic burger (half the bun) ~ naughty but after riding, WOW

2 cups raw carrots
1/2 cup light ranch w/vinegar and fiber
2 cups red grapes
1 granola bar

Walked across big parking lot to ShopKo then to Big5 and back to my car.
