Went out with friends in town from SLC and drank...then scarfed Subway late. Bad. Feeling so soft today, but not gonna get mad. I'm focusing and scrounging up every ounce of will power to behave.
Big breakfast.

50 - 1/2 scoop protein
200 - 2 bananas

-400 4.5 mile walk

80 - apple
80 - pear
180 - protein bar
100 - pop chips

350 - unwich
160 - 2 apples

-200 6.5 miles biking
-500 arc trainer, arms and abs

100 - bag Cole slaw
100 - sweet potato
100 - 1/2 medium avocado
30 - lime & mustard

400 - 2 cookies
150 - Arctic zero
